We have worked with Kapoor for a couple of my kid's ceremonies. We went with him for the second time as the experience was good with both his photos and video. The later time the video was not very good. Even after spending so much I couldn't share the video with anyone in the family. Issues like wrong people highlighted in the video and disturbing background music are basic issues which tells that it was not a professionally done. I hope they correct their mistakes in future. My suggestion for people who are working with him is to meet him in person or a video call when you give requirements.
